I’m Bronwyn Marshall, a Fashion Director and founder of BFORE, helping brands turn trend insight into confident product, merchandising, and storytelling decisions.
I shaped fashion at Canada’s leading department stores — as Fashion Director at Hudson’s Bay Company and Fashion Office Specialist at Holt Renfrew — creating trend forecasting reports and presentations for the entire company, tailoring insights for different audiences, from store teams to leadership, sometimes presenting to hundreds at a time. This taught me how to translate complex trends into clear, actionable guidance that teams can use immediately.
Earlier in my career, I worked in TV styling for Bell Media daily talk shows and Crave programming, developing visual narratives that connect trends, story, and audience engagement — sharpening my eye for what resonates and sells.
At BFORE, I combine trend forecasting, fashion direction, and retail intelligence to help brands:

- Translate insights into actionable, visually elevated decks
- Access ongoing guidance through strategic advisory / retainers
